A - Previous Addendum City Offering Incentives for Public-Private Redevelopment of Downtown's Amador

The City of Las Cruces is seeking a master tenant to lease and manage the Amador Live property, a multi-tiered restaurant and bar complex with an outdoor events entertainment venue. The selected master tenant will be responsible for proposing and implementing renovations to the space to accommodate multiple subtenants, recruiting subtenants, and executing agreements to support the operation of their individual businesses within the facility. The master tenant will also be responsible for staffing, payroll, and benefits, as well as ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Key aspects of the job include: • Managing and operating the facility, including recruiting and managing subtenants • Implementing renovations to the space to accommodate multiple subtenants • Executing agreements to support the operation of individual businesses within the facility • Staffing, payroll, and benefits for employees • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations • Providing a comprehensive business plan, including expected revenues and expenses • Submitting regular performance reports to the City
