USM-2605 Systemwide Ombuds Services

The University System of Maryland (USM) is seeking qualified contractors to provide Ombuds services and support to organization employees, management, and graduate students. The services include support for visitors and are described in more detail within the attached solicitation. The USM is looking for contractors who can provide these services as part of their systemwide ombuds program. • The contractor will be expected to provide ombuds services to employees, management, and graduate students. • The services will include support for visitors. • The contractor will be required to follow the guidelines and requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The contract will be awarded to the most qualified contractor based on their proposal.
