Municipality of Anchorage’s Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) seeks an experienced financial consulting firm to provide expert financial analysis, cost‑of‑equity modeling, and testimony before the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) for the utility’s rate‑of‑return filings. The contract will be awarded as a 5‑year term with work assigned via individual task orders; each task order will have its own scope, schedule, and a maximum purchase‑order ceiling of $150,000.
