The Department of Children and Families (DCF) in New Jersey is seeking qualified providers to deliver summer‑camp‑type services—including traditional day camp, overnight camp, and alternative recreational sessions—for youth with developmental disabilities during the 2027 summer season. This RFQ does not award a contract directly; instead, it creates a roster of “Qualified Providers” that can receive per‑diem reimbursements from DCF when families are approved for funding. Providers must meet extensive licensing, safety, staffing, and reporting requirements and submit a comprehensive qualification package by the November 18, 2026 deadline.
