Description
The West Virginia Department of Health & Human Resources is seeking to upgrade and expand its existing security infrastructure. The scope includes installing a CASE Security 20‑channel NVR, nine 8 MP turret cameras, associated cabling, and integrating two additional lobby door access points into the existing DSX access control system. Existing locks and hardware will be reused where possible; any problematic hardware will be addressed on a door‑by‑door basis. The project also includes a 12‑month silver‑level maintenance contract for the new system.
• Install CASE Security camera system (NVR, 9 turret cameras, cabling, power).
• Expand DSX access control: add two proximity readers, I/O controller, and integrate with current system.
• Reuse existing door strikes and 24 VDC locks; replace only if needed.
• Provide 12‑month maintenance coverage for the new CCTV system.
• Total quoted price: $16,092.10 (subject to 50 % deposit for orders > $1,000).
