The Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a complete suite of uniforms, duty‑gear, and tactical boots for its correctional and probation‑parole personnel under an Invitation to Bid (ITB). The solicitation (ITB # 1247) includes detailed technical specifications for apparel, accessories, ballistic vests, and footwear, with requirements for badge patches, heat‑press lettering, and size‑range coverage. Vendors must submit fully‑burdened unit prices for each line item, provide a sample kit within 10 business days of award, and support on‑site sizing/fitting sessions throughout the fiscal year. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of extensions up to a total of five years.
• Supply men’s and women’s tactical pants, shirts, performance polos, jackets, vests, hats, and related accessories in specified colors, fabrics, and size ranges.

• Submit samples (uniform, gear, boots) within 10 business days of award; attend ~24 days per fiscal year for officer sizing; deliver ordered items within 30 calendar days of each purchase order.
• Comply with Idaho State insurance requirements (CGL, automobile, workers’ comp) and name the State as additional insured; provide certificates within five business days post‑award.
