Chemical Deicer Price Agreement

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is seeking bids for a price agreement to purchase Chemical Deicer. The agreement will be for a term of one year with the option to extend for up to three additional years. The NMDOT requires the delivery of Chemical Deicer to various locations throughout the state. Bidders must submit prices for all items in a district to be considered for award. The NMDOT reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to award the contract to one or more vendors. • The Chemical Deicer must meet the specifications set forth in the price agreement and the NMDOT Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction. • The vendor must ensure that the products used in conjunction with this price agreement have been submitted and approved through the NMDOT Product Evaluation Program. • The vendor must comply with state laws and rules pertaining to worker's compensation insurance coverage for its employees. • The vendor must provide a valid, signed W-9 Form with their bid submission.
