Description
The City of Hammond Redevelopment Commission is offering three parcels of land for private redevelopment. Interested developers must submit a sealed Redevelopment Proposal, including detailed plans for improvement, proposed use, and financial commitments. A 5 % deposit based on the minimum sales price is required with the proposal, and the buyer must close on the purchase within 90 days of signing the Purchase Agreement and assume responsibility for any needed environmental remediation.
