The State of Connecticut’s DAS Procurement office, on behalf of Sharon Housing Trust, is soliciting qualified contractors to perform comprehensive exterior renovation work on three multi‑unit residential buildings located at 91, 93, and 95 North Main Street, Sharon, CT. The scope includes removal and replacement of all existing windows, siding, exterior trim, six front apartment doors, the basement door at 95 North Main, porch work, and building modifications at 93 North Main. An optional alternate covers front entry steps at 91 & 95 North Main and a Bilco door with areaway foundation at 93 North Main.
