Food Service Operator for the Prisma Health Performance Center

The City of Greer is seeking a qualified Food Service Operator (FSO) to manage all food, beverage (including beer and wine), and catering operations at the new Prisma Health Performance Center. The contract will run for an initial one‑year term with up to three optional one‑year renewals, covering café, concessions, grab‑and‑go, and catering kitchens, as well as liquor service, inventory, staffing, marketing, and compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements. The FSO must be able to launch operations by February 26 2027 and support high‑volume travel‑sports tournaments, community programming, and private events. • Manage a 629 sq ft commercial kitchen, 450 sq ft catering kitchen, 1,213 sq ft concession area, and 563 sq ft grab‑and‑go space. • Provide full‑service café, concessions, and catering with approved menus, pricing, and revenue‑share model. • Hold and maintain a South Carolina liquor license covering the entire venue. • Staff a full‑time on‑site manager and sufficient culinary/serving personnel year‑round. • Deliver POS integration, real‑time sales reporting, and audited year‑end financials to the City. • Ensure sanitation, grease‑trap maintenance, and compliance with OSHA, SCDES, and local health codes. • Support sponsor‑specific food & beverage commitments for tournaments and events. • Operate under a non‑mandatory pre‑proposal meeting (Sept 9) and submit proposals by Sept 24, 2026.
