The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing an intent‑to‑sole‑source solicitation for Architectural/Engineering (A/E) design refresh, solicitation support, and construction‑period services (CPS) for the Community Living Center (CLC) at Richmond VA Medical Center (Project #652‑322). The award will be negotiated with TRIPLE C‑THE A & E GROUP LLC, an SDVOSB, but other firms may submit capability statements for consideration. The scope includes updating all design documents to current VA standards, providing an updated IGCE, attending pre‑bid activities, answering RFIs within five days, and delivering full CPS support for up to two years.
