HCM ERP System Replacement - Phase 1

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to replace its current Human Capital Management (HCM) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HCM ERP system that meets the state's requirements. The scope of work includes the implementation of a new HCM ERP system, which will involve the replacement of the current system. The vendor will be required to submit a proposed technical solution and a proposed cost solution electronically by the closing date and time. • The HCM ERP system replacement will be done in phases, with this RFP being for Phase 1. • The vendor will be required to comply with the terms and conditions set out in Attachment A and any subsequent addenda. • The vendor will be required to submit a completed bid information form, a proposed technical solution, and a proposed cost solution. • The vendor will be evaluated based on their proposed technical solution, proposed cost solution, and compliance with the terms and conditions.
