Description
The State of Tennessee (TDOT) is seeking up to four contractors to provide a five‑year, statewide “rent‑deliver‑service” contract for portable sanitation units and septic‑tank pumping. The contractor must supply a variety of restroom units (standard portable toilets, ADA‑compliant trailers, hand‑washing stations, bathroom trailers, shower trailers) and perform weekly servicing, emergency repairs, and non‑routine maintenance across all four TDOT regions. All deliveries must occur within five business days of request, with debris cleanup within 24 hours, and weekly service reports must be submitted after each visit. The award will be based on the lowest‑cost bid, with full compliance required for state contractor licensing, TDEC septic‑pump permits, tax registration, insurance, and numerous statutory attestations (Iran Divestment Act, foreign‑adversary, etc.).
• Provide, deliver, install, and service a full inventory of portable restrooms and related units statewide.
• Perform weekly pump‑out, freshwater refill, sanitization, and consumable restocking; emergency response within 4 hours.
• Maintain all required permits, licenses, insurance, and compliance certifications; no subcontracting without prior approval.
