Wolf Creek, Cordell Hull, & Old Hickory Power Plants: VCB Repair

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking information from contractors to determine a competitive basis for the procurement of refurbishing and delivering three Eaton 150VCP-WG-50-3000A Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB) to Cordell Hull, Wolf Creek, and Old Hickory Power Plants. The contractor will be required to provide all plant, labor, and materials to complete the project. The VCBs must be compatible with existing USACE switchgear. • The contractor must be capable of performing this type of work and have experience with similar projects. • The contractor must provide information about their experience, including three projects completed within the last 10 years that demonstrate their ability to construct gantry cranes with capacities exceeding 100 tons. • The contractor must also provide information about their business, including their name, CAGE code, point of contact, and whether they are a certified Eaton repair facility.
