Roswell Independent School District is seeking a sole‑source provider to deliver a comprehensive, trauma‑informed mentoring and life‑skills program for at‑risk youth. The contractor will be responsible for delivering weekly mentoring sessions, conflict‑resolution training, life‑skills education, and family engagement support throughout a twelve‑month period.
