Giveaways, Inflatables & Activities for 2026 Blue Zoo Bash

The Middle Tennessee State University is seeking bids for giveaways, inflatables, and activities for the 2026 Blue Zoo Bash event. The event will be held on September 4th, and the university is looking for vendors to provide a variety of activities and giveaways, including airbrush trucker hats, balloon artists, necklace/charm stamping, caricature artists, DIY trucker hats, photo booths, inflatable relay games, reflex testing games, bumper cars, inflatable slides, inflatable velcro walls, inflatable obstacle courses, pirate ship swing rides, standing spinning rides, sitting spinning rides, mindwinder rides, and superfly rides. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and staff, and must follow all safety guidelines and regulations. • The event will be held on a concrete parking lot at the campus recreation center. • The university will select a limited number of activities and giveaways from the bids received. • Vendors must provide proof of insurance and certification for amusement devices. • The university reserves the right to cancel the event due to force majeure. • Vendors must provide safety announcements and instructions to the public and to parents and guardians of minor children. • The university will provide a list of preferred vendors for the event.
