Zoo Foodservice, Retail Merchandise & Admissions / Ticketing Operations

The City of Waco, operating as Cameron Park Zoo, is seeking a qualified firm to manage all food‑service, catering, retail merchandise, and admissions/ticketing operations at the zoo. The contract is a long‑term partnership (up to 10 years with five optional one‑year renewals) intended to enhance guest experience, ensure sustainable practices, and generate revenue through rent/commission arrangements. The operator must hold all necessary permits, provide staffing, maintain existing facilities, and may be required to retain current zoo staff.
