GLENDALE DETENTION POND IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Casper is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to develop design documents, assist with bidding, and provide construction administration for the stabilization of the Glendale Detention Pond and associated detention system. The scope includes subsurface investigations, geotechnical analysis, design of remedial measures, preparation of construction drawings, and oversight of construction activities. • Perform geotechnical field investigations and laboratory testing on the existing detention pond area. • Develop engineered design solutions to address slope instability and groundwater infiltration issues. • Produce detailed construction documents, bid assistance, and construction administration services for the recommended remediation measures. • Coordinate with the City’s Public Services Department and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Provide ongoing project management and reporting throughout the construction phase.
