Olmsted County Employee Insurance Services

The Olmsted County is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified insurance companies to provide Basic Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Voluntary Term Life, Long Term Disability (LTD) and Voluntary LTD insurance to employees of Olmsted County. The contract will include providing insurance services to county employees. Key aspects of the proposal include: • Providing Basic Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance • Providing Voluntary Term Life insurance • Providing Long Term Disability (LTD) and Voluntary LTD insurance • Possibly including Short Term Disability insurance in the contract • Meeting the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP document
