Special Counsel Social Media Litigation

The Board of Education of the Burlington County Special Services School District and Burlington County Institute of Technology are seeking a qualified attorney to serve as Special Counsel for Social Media Litigation for the 2026‑2027 school year. The consultant will provide legal representation, advice, and courtroom advocacy on matters arising from social‑media use, attend Board meetings when requested, and ensure compliance with all relevant statutes and policies.
