Hanscom Air Force Base Mortuary Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

The Hanscom Air Force Base Mortuary Affairs office is seeking a contractor to provide mortuary services, including preparation, disposition, transportation, funeral, and interment services. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend. The contractor will be evaluated based on technical and price factors, with the lowest priced technically acceptable quote being selected for award. • The contractor must have the proper certifications to practice mortuary services in the state of Massachusetts. • The contractor must have the ability to retrieve any deceased remains in the entire area of responsibility. • The contractor must have the appropriate refrigeration equipment within 30 days of contract award. • The contractor must be located within 50 miles of Hanscom AFB, MA. • The contractor must acknowledge the time-based requirement for the initiation of services.
