Stat Financial Exam of Peak Health Insurance Corporation

The West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue, Offices of the Insurance Commissioner, is seeking a vendor to conduct a statutory financial examination of Peak Health Insurance Corporation. The examination will be conducted in accordance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Financial Condition Examiners Handbook. The vendor will be responsible for preparing and issuing an examination planning memorandum, coordinating the work of the examination team, performing examination procedures, and drafting a formal report of examination. The vendor must have experience in conducting financial examinations of insurance companies and must provide a Certified Financial Examiner (CFE) to function as the Examiner-in-Charge.
