The State of North Dakota’s Department of Health and Human Services is seeking input on a cloud‑based data‑platform solution that can quickly ingest data in its native format, provide read‑only access to legacy systems (e.g., ADABAS, AS400, SQL), and offer robust governance, metadata, lineage, and role‑based security. The RFI is purely informational; no contract will be awarded from this solicitation. Suppliers are invited to submit a response form by July 7 2026 and may be selected for a one‑hour virtual strategy discussion during the week of July 9‑15 2026. • Cloud‑native, lightweight platform installable within weeks and maintainable by state staff. • Native‑format ingestion with no ETL, read‑only querying of disparate legacy data sources. • Integrated security, RBAC, data‑governance, metadata, lineage, lifecycle management, and autoscaling capabilities. • Supplier input sought on critical state information, personnel needs, costing methods, average costs, implementation timeline, and other considerations.
