Redevelopment of a 5-Acre Site in the Bonanza Park/Snow Creek Neighborhood

The Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is seeking a qualified multi-disciplinary consultant team to redevelop a 5-acre site in the Bonanza Park/Snow Creek Neighborhood. The site is currently zoned General Commercial and has a building height limit of 35 feet. The city is looking for a mixed-use development with affordable, attainable, and workforce housing components. The selected team will be shortlisted for a future Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The evaluation criteria include project understanding and approach, team qualifications and background, and capabilities. • The city's vision for the site includes a locally-focused, art-centric, mixed-use development with residential and commercial elements. • The site is located in the Bonanza Park District, which is the oldest commercial district in Park City outside of the historic Main Street area. • The city is looking for a team with experience in mixed-use development, affordable housing, and sustainable practices. • The selection process will include an evaluation of the statements submitted by respondents, and the top-ranked teams will be invited to participate in an interview. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all statements for any reason, and statements lacking required information will not be considered.
