The City & Borough of Juneau is seeking a contractor to provide Litigation Guarantee (LIT) reports on foreclosure properties for the Revenue Collector’s Office. The contract is for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor will be required to provide a full coverage search, including property liens, easements, covenants, condition and restrictions, and agreements that will affect the property in default.
