Administrative and Professional Land Trust Services to Implement and Administer Groundwater Conservation Programs for Central Curry SWCD

This contract awards a one‑year, $250,000 professional services engagement to Ogallala Land & Water Conservancy to manage and administer groundwater conservation programs for the Central Curry Soil & Water Conservation District. The work includes administrative oversight of land‑trust activities, implementation of REPI and RCPP grant programs, execution of water‑right lease agreements, groundwater monitoring, and coordination of related stakeholder meetings and summits. • Provides full‑service land‑trust administration, including legal, technical, and financial management of groundwater conservation easements. • Implements federal and state grant programs (REPI, RCPP) to protect the Ogallala Aquifer, especially for Cannon Air Force Base and local communities. • Delivers measurable outcomes such as well‑performance monitoring, meter installation, water‑right lease execution, and restoration of grassland/playa ecosystems.
