Office Furniture Installation, Reconfiguration, and Related Goods & Services

The City of Corvallis is seeking proposals from businesses who provide office furniture installation, reconfiguration, and related goods and services. The scope of work includes office furniture installation, reconfiguration, and related goods and services, including systems furniture, free-standing furniture, lateral and pedestal filing cabinets, partitions, shelving, lobby furniture, task chairs, and training for use where appropriate. The city encourages small, minority- and women-owned businesses to submit proposals. • The proposal includes a price proposal, vendor's ability to provide all the different services being solicited, demonstrated experience working with public or government entities, and ability to support the city's sustainability and social equity objectives. • The city will evaluate the proposals based on the clarity and completeness of the proposal, appropriateness and qualifications of the proposer, and comments and opinions from references. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor who best meets the city's needs and provides the best value.
