AIDEA Staffing Services

This contract is an indefinite‑delivery‑quantity (IDIQ) agreement for leased‑employee (Professional Employer Organization) staffing services to support the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA) statewide. The agency will set base hourly wages for staff; the vendor provides the employees, adds a single markup, and invoices AIDEA on a monthly basis. The contract covers a broad range of positions—from clerical to senior‑management—and may be extended through up to three one‑year options. Evaluation emphasizes price (40 % weight) and past performance, with an Alaska bidder preference also considered. • Provides W‑2 leased employees (PEO model) with AIDEA‑determined base rates and a uniform vendor markup • Base term of three years (June 4 2025 – June 3 2028) with three optional one‑year extensions (potential total six years) • Minimum contract ceiling $1 M; maximum funding authority $4 M, with payment on a monthly invoicing cycle • Vendor must hold an Alaska Business License, maintain required insurance (workers’ comp, CGL, auto, professional liability) and comply with state EE‑O and debarment certifications
