The Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority (GoTriangle) issued a Request for Information (RFI No. 1012‑27‑080) to assess commercially available Records & Information Management (RIM), enterprise search, and information discovery solutions. The agency seeks a platform that can integrate with its existing ecosystem—including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, UKG Ready, Microsoft Purview, and various departmental applications—to provide unified/federated search, OCR, AI‑driven semantic capabilities, compliance functions (retention, holds, disposition), and security trimming via Entra ID.
