Fitness Center Management Services - Senior Center / EA

This contract awards the City of Worcester the management and operation of the Senior Center fitness facility for a five‑year term. The contractor must staff the center with a qualified director and instructors, provide cleaning and “green” consumables, maintain equipment, and handle all administrative functions such as member registration, reporting, and coordination with senior‑center staff. Optional alternate scopes allow extended hours for city employees and provision of at least five specialized group classes per week.
