Township Planner

This agreement establishes a one‑year professional services relationship between Barnegat Township and T&M Associates to provide municipal planning expertise. The planner will act as the township’s municipal planner, attend board meetings, review subdivision and site‑plan proposals, advise on land‑use and zoning matters, and prepare reports and testimony as needed. Compensation is based on hourly rates for various staff categories, with additional charges for sub‑consultants, mileage, and travel. The contract includes standard insurance requirements, Title 59 immunity provisions, and a 60‑day invoicing/payment schedule.
