Prequalification of Architects and Engineers for CDBG/HOME Grant Funds projects 2018

The City of Independence, Missouri, is seeking to establish a prequalified list of architectural and engineering firms to provide services on an as-needed basis for grant-funded projects. The list is intended to meet the requirements of the Community Development Block Grant and The Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) grant funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The scope of work includes creating environmental assessments and determination of findings in accordance with 24 CFR Part 58 for HUD-assisted projects.
