RFP 024‑004

Contract value

$3,800,000

The RFP does not disclose a total dollar amount. Using the published daily rate of $235 per vehicle (the same rate for minivans and vans) and the current fleet size of 30 vehicles, a rough calculation is: 30 vehicles × $235/day × ~180 school days per year ≈ $1.27 million per year. Adding monitor fees ($120/day for 4 routes) adds roughly $86,400 annually. Over the three‑year base term this yields ≈ $4.0 million. Fuel reimbursements and occasional overtime could increase the total modestly. Therefore a reasonable ballpark for the contract value is between $3.5 M and $4.5 M.
