Minor Geologic Map Revisions

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is seeking a vendor to provide minor geologic map revisions of the Ogden 30 X 60-minute quadrangle. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide the required services. The scope of work includes geologic map revisions and three subsurface cross sections. Vendors must meet the mandatory minimum requirements outlined in the RFQ, including being willing and able to meet and perform all the requirements within the scope of work. • The contract is for a lump sum price. • The vendor must provide a point-by-point response to the mandatory minimum requirements. • The vendor must certify that the procurement item meets or exceeds the specifications/product requirements. • The vendor must provide their costs for this RFQ. • The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the RFQ.
