This contract provides statewide vehicle‑rental services to Commonwealth agencies, local governments, and other authorized entities. The vendor supplies a full fleet—including economy through full‑size cars, SUVs, vans, and box‑trucks—along with free pick‑up/drop‑off within a 5‑mile radius, 24/7 roadside assistance, and insurance coverage. Rates are set on a per‑day, per‑week, and per‑month basis and are adjusted annually based on the CPI “Car and Truck Rental” index.
