BMX World Championship Hotel Housing Services

This contract is for hotel housing services for the 2024 UCI BMX World Championships. The vendor, HBC Inc., will provide a range of services including identifying partner hotels, negotiating contracts, creating a dedicated hotel webpage, and tracking rebates and commissions. The contract has a term of approximately 1 year and 7 months, from November 15, 2022, to June 30, 2024. The scope of work includes managing housing and accommodation needs for all participants, providing a convenient and easy-to-use online booking process, and ensuring high-quality, affordable, and attractive properties with minimal fees and/or service charges. • The contract includes a fee structure with rebates and commissions for the vendor. • The vendor is responsible for collecting all payments from hotels and providing usage and collection reports to the City. • The contract includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and governing law. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contract includes a non-disclosure agreement to protect confidential information. • The vendor must provide a custom URL and make it the official landing page for the event. • The vendor will provide onsite support and a welcome hotel information table at the registration check-in for the UCI BMX World Championships.
