Description
This contract awards a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price agreement to Grigio LLC for comprehensive artwork consulting services for Covered California’s Sacramento office building redesign. The contractor will design, create, haul, and install a variety of artworks—including original pieces, custom commissions, mosaics, 3‑D installations, vinyl wraps, and recycled‑material art—in public waiting areas, the main entrance, corridors, conference rooms, outdoor spaces, and special amenity rooms. All artworks must be adaptable for reuse in other Covered California facilities and be accompanied by artist plaques. The scope also requires management‑approved design sketches, adherence to Covered California’s business‑hour schedule (8 AM‑5 PM, M‑F), and compliance with insurance and generative‑AI reporting requirements. The contract runs for two years (July 1 2025 – June 30 2027) with an optional one‑year extension, a maximum total cost of $700,000, and an annual funding ceiling of $350,000. Small‑business and DVBE preferences provide scoring adjustments but do not constitute a set‑aside.
