The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center (SEKESC) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for turnkey solutions for microgrid systems. The RFP was for the provision of microgrid systems, excluding Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs). The contract was awarded to GRP Wegman.
