This contract provides comprehensive paving and related services for Camden County schools under a four‑year cooperative purchasing agreement. Paving Plus, LLC will supply all labor, materials, and equipment required for excavation, milling, base stabilization, asphalt paving, seal‑coating, curb and sidewalk work, and related painting/striping. The vendor must wait for an executed purchase order from each Co‑op member before commencing any billable work and must comply with extensive state‑mandated certifications (non‑collusion, de‑barment, EEO, WBE, prohibited‑entity, public‑works registration, and student‑safety requirements). The agreement runs from July 2023 through July 2027, with unit‑price pricing submitted in a detailed price sheet covering multiple thicknesses and service categories. • Scope covers excavation, milling, base work, asphalt paving, sealcoat, curb/sidewalk installation, painting/striping, and parking‑accessory signage. • Vendor must hold valid NJ Public Works Contractor Registration and certify compliance with student‑safety, anti‑bullying, and background‑check rules. • Pricing is submitted on a unit‑price basis; the contract is a cooperative purchase that may be extended to other CCESC members without price changes.
