RFP Temporary Research Personnel - 2024

This contract provides Wayne State University with a flexible pool of temporary research personnel to support its Division of Research and Innovation. The university seeks hourly‑priced staffing across a broad range of research‑related classifications (clinical operations, biostatistics, quality assurance, health support, scientific research, etc.). Vendors must handle pre‑screening, required training, and rapid replacement of unsatisfactory staff, and submit monthly usage reports and quarterly diversity spend reports. The award is a three‑year term beginning mid‑November 2024, with the possibility of two one‑year extensions, and payments are made on a net‑15 basis.
