Description
The contract is for technical assistance services to support technology-based firms and individuals, specifically for SBIR/STTR proposal development, technology transfer, intellectual property concerns, market research, technology commercialization strategy, and government cost accounting. The contract term is from 12/26/2023 to 12/25/2024, and the contractor will provide hourly-based services. The key services include counseling on SBIR/STTR, reviewing full proposals, assisting with technology commercialization strategies, and providing intellectual property guidance.
• The contractor must have knowledge of the SBIR Policy Directive and small business eligibility requirements.
• The contractor must have extensive experience supporting clients focused on technology development and services.
• The contractor must have prior experience working with small businesses pursuing SBIR/STTR funding.
• The contractor must have experience editing and providing clear feedback based on relevant agency review guidelines.
• The contractor must maintain a complete record of all contacts and interactions with each prospect/client company.
