Description
The Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority (GoTriangle) seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive vehicle washing and detailing services for its fleet, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, sanitization, and glass cleaning. Services are to be performed on‑site at two locations (Durham and Morrisville) on Saturdays and Sundays, 9 AM–5 PM, with bi‑weekly routine washes for approximately 25 vehicles per site and on‑call washes for additional vehicles and 40‑ft buses. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, water, cleaning chemicals, and must manage wastewater runoff, blocking storm drains and complying with environmental regulations. The contract term is one year with an optional one‑year renewal; payment is milestone‑based after acceptance of completed work. No subcontracting is allowed, and the contractor must meet extensive safety, insurance, E‑Verify, and certification requirements.
