Fire Mitigation Expert Witness

The Public Service Commission of Utah (PSC) is seeking support for the review and evaluation of Rocky Mountain Power's 2023 Wildfire Mitigation Plan. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for 5 years. The PSC is looking for a vendor to provide Fire Mitigation Expert Witness services. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score.
