Description
This contract is a single‑vendor, not‑to‑exceed $18,000 procurement for a variety of promotional supplies (e.g., branded bags, pens, sweatshirts, T‑shirts, and animal‑shelter signage) needed by the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter and other county facilities. The purchasing agency is the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works, and the solicitation requires the vendor to be registered with both the County Inspector General’s Office and the Lawson electronic purchasing system. Items will be ordered on an as‑needed basis through a single purchase order that remains valid through the end of 2021. No split orders are allowed; the vendor must bid on the entire scope.
