Sidewalk and Bikeway Repair and Maintenance Services

This contract is an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for the repair and maintenance of sidewalks and bikeways throughout Nashville‑Davidson County. Metro will award individual purchase orders to the selected contractor as work is needed, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum spend. The scope includes concrete repair, curb‑ramp replacement, bikeway resurfacing, traffic‑control compliance, utility coordination, permits, and required environmental and safety standards. The awarded vendor must hold the appropriate Tennessee municipal and utility construction licensing, provide the required insurance, performance bonds for orders over $100 k, and meet Metro’s Equal Business Opportunity (8 % MBE, 9 % WBE) and 15 % SBE/SDV participation goals. • IDIQ structure – work ordered via PO on an as‑needed basis. • Comprehensive civil‑construction tasks: sidewalk/bikeway repair, traffic control, utility relocation, storm‑water compliance. • Mandatory licensing, bonding, insurance, and EBO/SBE participation requirements.
