Description
This contract awards a two‑year video‑production services agreement to “The Prep” for Wayne State University’s Athletics Department. The vendor must provide full‑service, multi‑camera, live‑streaming and highlight‑package production for football, basketball, and a variety of other varsity sports, delivering broadcast‑quality video (1080p × 1920, 60 fps) and post‑game highlight reels within one hour of each event. All production staff, equipment, and technology are to be supplied by the vendor, with the university furnishing only the radio audio feed and handling on‑air talent. The contract includes mandatory attendance at a pre‑proposal meeting, a per‑game cost schedule, insurance requirements, quarterly M/W/DVBE reporting, and a net‑30 payment schedule. The agreement runs from September 1 2023 to September 30 2025, with an option for two additional one‑year extensions.
