The City of Wilmington is seeking one basic‑model laundry trailer to support its Homeless Outreach Program. The trailer must be a 30 ft × 8 ft mobile unit equipped with water storage, waste‑water tank, propane‑fired water heater, seven washer/dryer stations, electrical intake panel, and an on‑board generator capable of powering all appliances and a 15 BTU air‑conditioning unit.
