The City of Wilmington is seeking a single, basic‑model laundry trailer to support its Homeless Outreach Program. The trailer must be a 30 ft × 8 ft mobile unit equipped with water storage, waste‑water tanks, propane‑fired heating, seven washer/dryer stations, an onboard generator, and a 15 BTU air‑conditioning system. The contract will be awarded through sealed‑bid competition to the lowest responsible bidder, with a one‑year warranty required. The solicitation originally called for a bid deadline of October 24, 2024 3 PM, but Addendum 2 extended the deadline to October 31, 2024 3 PM and updated the power‑supply requirement to 50 amp/220 V cords.
