On-Call Distributed Energy Resource Deployment and Asset Management

This contract awards Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency the right to develop, design, and construct distributed energy resources (DER) across the city, as well as to manage related assets. The scope includes: • Development, design, and construction of solar photovoltaic systems (≈2.6 MW‑DC annually) and associated battery storage. • Installation of roughly 200 electric‑vehicle charging stations (predominantly Level II, with some V2B and DC fast‑charging). • Provision of asset‑management services for both solar/storage assets and EV‑charging equipment. The award is a multi‑vendor, on‑call IDIQ arrangement intended to support Denver’s 100 % renewable‑energy grid goals.
