Description
The Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority (GoTriangle) issued an RFI to collect information on commercially available Records & Information Management (RIM), enterprise search, and information discovery solutions that can integrate with its existing ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, UKG Ready, Microsoft Purview, and other departmental applications). The agency seeks details on federated search, OCR, AI‑driven semantic capabilities, compliance features, security trimming, and various deployment models (SaaS, cloud, hybrid). Respondents must provide a capability matrix, company profile, implementation strategy, and strategic recommendations.
